The CAB Information Kiosk went live on 6 May 2008. The Kiosk is connected to the internet and links to information on a selected number of public websites categorised as "Your Money", "Your Rights", etc. It is very easy to use and fully accessible by wheelchair users.
By using the Kiosk, you can solve problems for yourself or decide where to go for further advice.
Research by the CAB has shown that to get the most out of the Kiosk it should be sited somewhere where there are staff who are able to help people to use it. The CAB will be training Seashells reception staff to help users of the Kiosk.
The Kiosk was made possible by a grant from the Health Inequalities Fund.
