OPENING HOURS
In order to help reduce waiting times, this Bureau
now operates a Gateway-based advice system. Clients are
given a short initial interview to determine the best way to deal with
each enquiry. This can lead to provision of information, an immediate
full interview, a telephone or face-to-face appointment (with either a
general or specialist advisor) or referral to a third party organisation. Feedback Form The Bureau does not run an email advice service, but if you have a query or comment about anything to do with the Bureau or this website, please send it by means of the Feedback Form. We should be grateful if you could also fill in the other boxes on the Form to help us to improve our website.
